I was happy with the style variety they had. There were enough options that I didn’t feel stuck choosing the same thing as everyone else. I also appreciated that the receipt came through by email right away, which made it easy to keep track of my order

I sent my box back and it actually got delivered quickly. So I figured the refund would follow soon after. Nope. I kept checking my account every day. Nothing. Kind of frustrating, honestly. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it was basically just, “wait a few more days.” Then a few more. And more waiting. I did get my money back eventually, so at least that part worked out. But the refund process was way slower than I expected...

My bill was incorrect not once, but twice, which was really frustrating. When I reached out, I mostly got the usual canned apologies instead of a clear explanation or a quick fix. I get that mistakes happen, but having to keep chasing the same billing issue is annoying

I cancelled my trendsend subscription and, it wasn’t too bad. It took a few clicks and I had to poke around a bit to find where to do it, but once I got there, it worked fine. So yeah, no huge hassle or anything, just not super obvious at first. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I’ve ordered from Trendsend a few times now, and my most recent box is probably why I’m feeling good about it. The jeans and tops fit almost exactly how I expected, which makes the whole thing feel a lot easier. I did have one dress that ran a little smaller than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, especially based on my latest order, the sizing has been reliable and I don’t feel like I’m totally guessing every time.

I’ve used Trendsend a few times now, and it’s simple to navigate 🙂 The layout is clear, and I didn’t have any trouble finding things like the style quiz, my account info, or order details. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few pages loaded kinda slowly for me, especially when I was on my phone. Not a major issue, just a little annoying. Overall though, it’s a good, easy website to use!

This made getting dressed way easier. I didn’t expect to care that much, but it’s been super helpful when I’m rushing around in the morning. It’s not like life-changing or anything, but also kind of amazing how much less annoying it makes everything.

I reached out to customer service about an issue and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They were able to sort it out, which I appreciated. I wouldn’t say the whole experience was flawless, but for what I needed at the time, it was good enough and I was satisfied

I really wanted to enjoy trendsend, but the sizing was disappointing. There didn’t seem to be many options for plus sizes, and a lot of the picks felt like they weren’t made with bigger bodies in mind at all. I also wish the sizing guidance or instructions were clearer upfront so I knew what to expect before getting my hopes up

In the end, I got the right size way sooner than I expected, so I was happy. I had to exchange one item from my trendsend order, and the whole thing was really straightforward. I sent it back, got updates along the way, and didn’t have to keep following up or over-explain anything. it was just nice to have an exchange go smoothly for once...

These clothes are ridiculously soft and comfy. The second I put them on, I felt like I was wrapped in a cloud and suddenly all my other clothes felt unacceptable. I could seriously live in these every day

I really loved the picks she chose for me. I was looking through them while drinking coffee at my kitchen table, and it felt like she already had a good sense of my style. Everything just felt very me, which made the whole experience super easy and fun

I ordered two tops and paid for standard delivery, but the tracking just sat on “label created” for more than a week. Like i said, I wasn’t expecting it overnight or anything, but seeing no movement at all was frustrating.

I emailed support and the reply felt totally copy-pasted, just saying it was on the way with no real update. The package finally showed up 18 days later, which was annoying because I had already needed the clothes for my trip.

Like i said, I don’t mind waiting if a company is upfront about it. But the delivery dates on the site clearly weren’t reliable, and after this experience, I don’t see myself ordering again.

I gave Trendsend a try and it was kind of one of those this-or-that experiences for me. A couple of the tops actually fit nicely, but the jeans and dresses just felt off, like they were picked for someone taller and a bit straighter-shaped than I am. I did like some of the pieces, so it wasn’t a total miss or anything. I just wish they were better with curves and that kind of thing. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either.

I had a annoying experience with my order. I realized shortly after placing it that I needed to update something, but getting clear help was harder than I expected. The status just sat there for days with no real change, and by the time someone finally got back to me, it felt like there wasn’t much that could be fixed. My sister even asked if I’d heard anything yet because it was taking so long. The items themselves were fine, but the whole order management part felt messy and frustrating.

I actually found it frustrating that I couldn’t pause it or adjust it when I needed to. It made the whole experience less convenient than I expected
